The rigging up, drilling and other activities will commence in March-April 2004 (Fig. 5, the Outokumpu drilling site and rig in July, 2004). The drilling is expected to be finished in early 2005 and rigging down during spring 2005. Geophysical logs and hydrogeological sampling will be done during drilling breaks after finishing every 500 m of drilling. The cores and chip samples will be stored at the drill core depot of the GTK in southern Finland, where core selection workshops can be later arranged.
